Mr Rowe is an English graduate having completed an English with Creative Writing degree at the University of Huddersfield in 2003. Since completing his degree, he has been committed to his own learning and has gone on to complete a MA in Media Studies, MA in Teaching and Learning, an MBA in Educational Leadership, the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) as well as the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).

He began his teaching career in 2008 and has held a variety of middle, senior and whole school leadership roles, working in several different countries including the UK, Jordan, Indonesia, Kuwait and Kazakhstan. He is a BSO trained inspector, as well as a Council of British International Schools (COBIS) and Council of International Schools (CIS) peer accreditor.
